How late can i order from you and still get next-day delivery?

Obviously this can depend on what you are ordering, but generally orders received before 3pm should be despatched that day and received by you the day after.


Can i have my delivery on Saturday?

This depends what we are sending and how we are sending it... Fedex charge a rather large extra cost for Saturday delivery - we can arrange it if necessary, and can quote you a delivery cost.

For items sent by Royal Mail post - we can send your item First Class on a Friday and you would hopefully receive it the day after, although it really is in the hands of the post office.

Even with Special Delivery, they only guarantee delivery on a weekday.


Can i track my parcel online?

Yes, every evening we email customers with confirmation of despatch and a link to Fedex's online tracking system so you can watch it's progress through the Fedex system... from collection from us, it's scanning in at the local depot, the scan out to the national hub, the scan out to the depot that will be delivering and the final one when it's scanned onto the van the morning of the day of delivery.


Do i need to sign for my delivery?

Generally, someone will need to be at the address to sign Fedex's paperwork to prove delivery, but sometimes we can request that it's left if there is a safe place to leave it and the customer accepts responsibility if it gets nicked later in the day! (it's never happened so far).

We can usually ask them to try a neighbour if you will be out.


What does "Next Working Day" mean?

Working days are Monday to Friday, so if we send on Thursday, you should receive on Friday, but if we send on Friday you will receive it on Monday.

We can arrange for Saturday delivery but it gets rather expensive - we send at cost (actually a little under cost) yet Saturday delivery still works out at about £25!


Will you email me to say my order has been despatched?

We always try to send a notification email whenever we despatch an item, this is usually sent as soon as the Fedex driver has collected the parcels, between 4pm and 6pm, although this can sometimes be delayed... but we will always email you to let you know your order has been despatched.


What happens if i miss the delivery?

Fedex will leave you a card on which is their online rebooking system information... enter the information on the card and you can then choose to have it redelivered another day, or specify a safe place to leave it or even book delivery to another address, although this is chargeable which the customer would be responsible for.
