All Prices on this site INCLUDE VAT
All the prices on this site are including VAT.
There's nothing worse than going to purchase something online and right at the last screen finding that VAT is to be added to the prices, so we have shown VAT inclusive prices throughout.
We also tell you exactly how much you will pay for purchasing any one item, and the weight/cost calculator within the shopping basket will give you a total for your purchases combined.
We are VAT registered and our VAT number is shown on every invoice. If you require a VAT breakdown on the invoice, just let us know.

Postage & Packing / Carriage Costs for Each Item
We have given delivery costs for each item. This applies to any one item being ordered - if you are ordering more than one item the weight/cost calculator in the Shopping Basket will give you a total carriage cost for all the items you have ordered - this is worked out from the total weight.
If the carriage cost comes to £10 then you will be receiving your goods next working day by CityLink (Click here for more about next-day delivery) for this rate we can send up to 10kg so you can add quite a few additional items without paying anything more than £10 for delivery.

Items that are in stock
All items in stock are ready to be despatched as soon as possible after we receive your order.
We are open Monday to Friday, below is a guide to when items will be despatched :
Items ordered before 3pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be despatched that day.
Items ordered after 3pm on Friday will be despatched on Monday.
Quite often orders placed as late as 4pm are still able to be despatched the same-day but the above are our Guaranteed order/despatch times.

Items that are out of stock
We aim to keep all the items featured on this site in stock at all times, but occasionally supplier delays and other circumstances largely out of our control may lead to us being out of stock of certain items from time to time.
If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated date of supply of the ordered item and suggestions of alternatives if applicable.
We are working on a sytem that gives the stock status for every item we carry, but this has only been implemented for the CB radios and packages at the time of writing (19/11/07)
