Is there a black fronted version of this set available?
Unfortunately not.
There was a black version of the Roadcom MkI but for some reason only the silver & chrome version of the MkII is available.

Is this CB the same depth as a car stereo?
Yes, it is, it's the only CB that is... all the others are deeper than a car stereo.
