We heartily recommend Heart Internet, this site is not actually hosted with them as this site runs in ColdFusion and they don't support it (boo - this is the one complaint i have with them) but we do have many other domains hosted with them and use them for a whole load of other internet services.
They are in the UK, are friendly and efficient and really are a good bunch of people offering genuinely good hosting and other internet/domain name products!
