I ordered this unit in for a customer back in 2016, I didn't keep this model in regular stock but got one in for him... in the end he wasn't able to take it - not his fault, he had an accident and had to stop working

President make the highest quality CB radios and this was (in my opinion) the very best CB you could buy at that time and is quite possibly still the best you can buy

The top-of-the-range President CBs have exceptional filtering of vehicle electrical interference (so are particularly suited for use in modern tractors & farm machinery) and all Presidents' feature their unique ASC squelch, which works like a 'noise squelch' where the circuit looks at the waveform of the signals coming in and decides if it's noise or someone talking, so the squelch won't open on high signal level bursts of noise but will open for a weak signal with someone talking... if only other manufacturers 'auto squelch' worked like this!

I didn't add it to this site at the time as I only had one of them, but I figured someone would come along wanting a top-flight CB radio, but it got put away in a storage box towards the back of my shelves and I forgot about it - recently 'found' again, so it's being offered for sale - a rare chance to buy one of these unused

It is brand new & unused - the box has been opened 3 or 4 times, to show a couple of potential buyers back at the start and again this weekend to take the photos you see here
