The largest mobile aerial available - 9 feet long... referred to as a Tank Whip, DX Whip, Quarter Wave Whip - all the same aerial... This is BIG!

Two pieces with heavy duty joiner in the middle : rigid 1cm thick bottom half, flexible whip upper half, all steel construction.

We do not advise leaving this attached to your vehicle while you are on the move but it is ideal for DX'ing. As it splits in half, this makes for easy stowage so you can keep it in your vehicle for those hilltop dx'ing sessions.

If you do decide to use this while moving (and some people do) make sure you have a VERY heavy duty mount, and watch out for those overhead power cables!

OVERSIZE PARCEL SURCHARGE :
Our couriers charge us a surcharge for long parcels - between 120cm-160cm it's nearly £4, we cushion the blow a bit by charging £3 per shipment.
