This is a very high quality stud which uses a ring terminal instead of the standard PL259 plug, so requires far less clearance underneath the mounting surface. The ring terminal for the inner of the cable is included, this fits onto the mount... you simply seperate the braid of the cable from the inner, and ground the braid to the mounting surface, bracket etc to make the earth connection.
