An excellent quality echo chamber with heavy duty dynamic mic (without up/down buttons) for use on standard 6 pin wired CB's : Midland, Alan, Albrecht, Team, President, Maycom, Danita, Lafayette, Maas, Kernow, Maxon CM70, Magnum, Moonraker (and many others)

These are great fun and highly adjustable so you can have just a hint of echo or go completely over the top - or anything in between!!

The echo delay control has a wide range of adjustment and creates a "reverb" effect when set to the lowest delay time... the more you you increase the delay time, the more time there is between "repeats" so you can go through whats called a "slapback" effect right the way through to a classic long repeat time Echo. This version of the EC-990 echo chamber is actually a 4 pin chamber with the output lead (the one that goes to the CB) rewired by us with a 6 pin plug. The socket on the front of the unit is 4 pin and so is the microphone we send with it... we do this because of the complications involved with getting the EC-990P6 (the factory wired 6 pin echo chamber) working on all radios.

This echo chamber & mic combo is a "guaranteed compatible" solution while also giving you a microphone which in many cases is stronger and more substantial than the original one supplied with the CB, and doing away with the Up & Down buttons that so many original mics have which can be a nightmare for accidental channel changes!
