Offline Payment Methods
We accept most major credit and debit cards for telephone orders... Visa, Mastercard, Maestro Electron and Delta. We do not accept American Express cards.
Cheques and Postal Orders... These should be made payable to "Communication Eleven" and will take 5 working days (a week) to clear before we can send your order.
Cash... Cash is safe to send by SPECIAL DELIVERY only. This is a service at your local post office, and is designed to send cash and valuables on a secure and guaranteed next day (before 1.00pm) service. There is standard compensation for up to £250 and for a little bit extra, compensation of up to £1,000 or £2,500 is available. This is a signed for service - we have to sign for the packet. The post office also has tamper-proof special delivery cash envelopes which might be worth using.
Recorded Delivery is also a signed for service but this is not suitable for sending cash - the compensation is limited to £20 maximum, and is invalidated if the packet contains money.
Direct bank payment... You can transfer a payment to us via internet or telephone banking, this is a good method for companies wishing to place a commercial order without the delay of sending a cheque and without the accounts headache of getting a member of staff to pay on a card.
